Honestly, recording this Good Karma Success Coach Podcast episode was challenging as it is a sensitive subject to many people- triggers and trauma.
However, I have pushed past my voice being small, prayed that I don't offend or trigger people...because there are likely the people that need to hear it.
That's what being a good coach and mentor is about. We talk about the hard stuff. In that, you may not like what I have to say, but it's meant to be heard to change a life.
